Melt in your cookie heart

I baked cookies with Cassalyn few days ago at my house.
We use toaster oven instead of oven that is meant for baking.
Cookies were crispy at first, but turned soft ):
Main reason was due to the oven used. Aww...
I tried out new recipe too; flourless peanut butter cookie.
1 cup of peanut butter and sugar and 1 egg.
However, I added some flour to the dough, which defeats the purpose of it being flourless.
Didn't turn out to be nice ):
Plus, the use of toaster oven makes it chewy instead of crispy after some hours.

I wanna try bake cupcakes the next time :D
But not with my oven again!
Who wants to try? :D
